Hello, my name is Jonathan Maves and I have the honour of teaching Physical Education this year at TCS. My family and I just moved here from Ontario. In Ontario, I was a teacher for 4 years and before that I taught overseas in Cambodia. I am super passionate about teaching and sports. Therefore, what better combination than teaching Physical Education. Also, to have the opportunity to share my faith and disciple students; is incredibly exciting. I do not take that lightly and I reflect on Jesus' words when He said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these" Mark 10:14. Altogether, This school year I am really looking forward to teaching Physical Education at TCS, but even more importantly, I hope to point my students to Christ and His love for them!
